History and Objectives:
I started Morris Group Architects, LLC in March of 2001 with a focus on small-to-medium scale projects and an emphasis on expiediant service and quality. My goal was to form a small scaled professional office that would maintain a high level of personal service for its clientele.
My objectives are to provide a team approach, combining strong communication and fast, efficient, accurate designs to every project I undertake. These tasks, professionally managed, give the client, the contractor and the architect the best opportunity to complete a project within budget, on time and to a high standard of quality.
By staying small and lean, I am able to offer a competitive fee structure, without the costly overhead and waste of larger firms. Extensive use of computer-aided design, close professional relationships with talented engineers and sophisticated business management techniques all contribute to savings that are passed on to my clients.
I have been in the business of architecture for more than 20 years working for local, national and international architectural firms here in Arizona. My experience as a project architect and project manager has encompassed all aspects of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential projects of all sizes. My primary business focus is on small projects of all types: offices, tenant improvements, restaurants, retail space, warehouses, custom and spec. homes, commercial and residential remodels.
