INDUSTRIAL / ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS

Schematic Design services for a 2,000 s.f., Class 100 Cleanroom build-out within their existing manufacturing floor area. This new cleanroom will expand AIT's capabilities for electronic parts testing and assembly functions. Design services included architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.

On-going facility architecture and engineering services for multiple facility improvements including adding additional office space, conversion of general storage space to hazardous-occupancy storage (H4, approx. 12,000 s.f.), IT Room Addition (Relocating corporate-wide IT services to the Chandler location). Complete project services including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Water Service Control Building for the Town of Wellton, Wellton, AZ
New building schematic design and site design services for a new 2,000 s.f stand-alone single story facility for the management and organization of water testing and controls-related services. The facility included guest lobby, conference space, office space, testing labs and pump/plc control rooms. Complete project services including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Addition of new access ladders and catwalk systems at the existing Autoclave units for routine maintenance operations.

Microchip Technologies, Inc., Tempe, AZ
Design and construction for an over-sized manhole hatch assembly and associated concrete housing (rated for heavy traffic use, H20 loading). Project included temporary relocation of electronic test probe and re-assembly of test probe. The waste stream under this manhole came from the manufacturing facility and requires constant monitoring of hazardous material dilution. Construction activity required consistent and careful protection of the waste steam from construction debris.

Replacement of two non-code compliant paint booth units and a single cure oven with (2) two new down-draft Paint Spray Rooms, in conformance with the International Fire Codes; each spray room has oven cure capabilities. Each Paint Spray Room will hold one Apache helicopter without it's rotary blades. Services included project management, architecture, mechanical, electrical, structural, I&C (Instruments and Controls) and 3-D modeling.
